Trustee
Mele is a lawyer based in Friendship Chambers Manukau, and is married with three sons.
She has worked in Manukau since 1999 and has provided legal clinics at the Māngere Citizens’ Advice Bureau and on Radio 531 PI.
She is a past member of the National Ethics Committee for Health and Disability and was a Trustee of Ta Pasefika Primary Health Organisation until 2010 when it merged with Alliance Plus PHO.
Mele presently sits on a number of committees of the Auckland District Law Society and is a member of the Pacific Lawyers Association and Manukau Lawyers Association.
